Refund Policy – Internationally Certified Sandtray Therapist (ICST) Program
All payments are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all payments will be credited to the attendee’s account.
Resolution of Payment or Service Disputes
All payment or service disputes must be submitted in writing via email to the President of Southern Sandtray Institute, including the nature and details of the concern or refund request.
